CSUCC delegates complete summer workshop in Taiwan

A 17-member delegation from Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus (CSUCC) successfully participated in the 2026 Tatung University Summer Workshop held from July 7 to 14, 2026 at Tatung University in Taipei, Taiwan.

The delegation, composed of nine faculty members and eight students, was headed by Dr. Ritchfildjay L. Mariscal, faculty member of the College of Industrial Technology and Teacher Education (CITTE), and Engr. Blondie T. Sanchez, Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology (CEIT).

Participants represented the University’s programs in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, and Industrial Arts. Throughout the week-long workshop, they engaged in engineering courses, guest lectures, company visits, project-based learning activities, and cultural immersion experiences alongside participants from other institutions.

This international program aimed to strengthen participants’ technical competencies, foster cross-cultural collaboration, and promote academic exchange in sustainable and advanced engineering applications.

This University’s participation underscores CSUCC’s commitment to internationalization by expanding global learning opportunities and equipping its students and faculty with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
